New and Improved!

Well, I don’t suppose it’s really all that new.

In my years as a techie, I have come to accept the fact that I don’t know everything. However, I don’t let it rest there. Each time I engage a problem (or opportunity, as some call it) I take the years of data I’ve collected on other issues I’ve resolved and apply those to the current issue. If there’s something missing, I take great steps to ensure I learn what’s missing, in order to move forward.

Today, I completed an exam that proves this. I’m now Brainbench Certified in Cisco Security. I didn’t know all the answers, but I’m studying to get them right next time. I scored higher than 83% of all test takers and am proud to have another $1.50 sheet of paper to show that I’m not done learning yet.
