I’m taking up hurricane monitoring these days and learning a lot about the prediction models and methods of determining the probable path of a storm. Paying attention to how storms form when tornadoes loom overhead is helpful in predicting how storms will move while at sea. Two different ball games? Yes. However, there are several similarities.
